Automotive electric power steering device controller high temperature aging test bench
Applicable to the factory aging test of EPS brushless motor / brush motor controller
The equipment is suitable for the high temperature aging test of the electric steering brushless/brushed motor controller. The test is given to the ECU ignition, vehicle speed signal, engine frequency, main signal and auxiliary signal. The controller output is consumed by the analog load, and the output current is detected and displayed in real time for cyclic aging.
The industrial acquisition system collects the working output current of each ECU, which can be displayed on the industrial display in real time, and monitors whether the ECU's working status is qualified. If the ECU fails, an alarm indication can be made to determine and indicate the fault ECU position.
Customers can choose from different types of equipment and can be used for aging of ECUs in a single different product quantity.
The equipment is equipped with two ECUs to install the mobile unit. The two units can be used alternately, one unit works, and the other can be manually connected to the ECU connector; saving installation time and effectively improving test efficiency.
